Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers that are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Submissions must contribute to the advancement of knowledge and align with the scope of the International Organization of Research and Development (IORD) journal.

1. Manuscript Format

  • The manuscript should be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF format.
  • Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 10pt), 1.0 line spacing, and standard margins.
  • Include title, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and email address(es) at the beginning of the paper.
  • Include an abstract (150–250 words) and 4–6 keywords.
  • The manuscript should follow the structure: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.

2. Referencing Style

Authors are encouraged to follow APA or IEEE referencing styles. All references must be cited properly in the text and listed at the end of the paper.

3. Plagiarism Policy

All submissions will be checked for plagiarism. Papers with a similarity index above 15% (excluding references) will not be accepted. Authors are advised to ensure originality and proper citation of sources.

4. Figures and Tables

  • All figures and tables should be numbered and captioned.
  • Ensure that figures are of high resolution and suitable for print.
  • Tables should be formatted clearly and used only where necessary.

5. Submission Process

Please attach the manuscript file along with a short bio of the author(s). A confirmation will be sent upon successful receipt of the manuscript.

6. Review and Publication

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process. The review decision will be communicated within 2–3 weeks. Accepted papers will be published in the upcoming issue of the journal.

7. Copyright and Ethics

By submitting a manuscript, the authors agree to the IORD publication ethics. Authors retain copyright but grant IORD the right to publish the paper. Any form of academic misconduct will result in rejection or retraction.
